Mike Newton

Mike Newton is the first nice person that knows Bella in Forks. He is interested in her for a good part of the first book and he invites her to the prom, but Bella is interested in Edward, and encorages him to invite her friend Jessica. He ends up dating a friend of hers, Jessica.

Dr. Carlisle Cullen

He is the adoptive father of the Cullen children and husband of Esme Cullen. He is about 362 years old and works as a doctor in Forks. After becoming a vampire, he spent hundreds of years resisting the smell of blood so that he could be a doctor. He is described as a person of great heart and character, by Jacob Black.

Esme Cullen

Esme Cullen is the wife of Carlisle and mothers of the Cullen family. She has a strong ability to love passionately.

Emmett Cullen

Emmett Cullen is a foster brother of Edward and soul mate of Rosalie. It is known for its muscularity and força.Se become vampire when Rosalie found him being attacked by a bear and dragged for miles to Carlisle for him the immortality of the Emmett and he does not die.

Roselie Hale

Roselie Hale is a Sister of Edward adoptive described as the most beautiful person in the world. At first, she seems to play a role in the history antagonist. She becomes a vampire when Carlisle saved his life after that several men, including her boyfriend, to beat (though never explicitly put, it is implied) and rape, leaving it to die. His role gets a little more strength in Breaking Dawn when it defends Bella during her pregnancy at risk. Rosalie has some remorse for being vampire and often feel bad for Bella be choosing, as she says, exactly the opposite and it would Rosalie their eternity. Your soul mate is Emmett Cullen.

JASPER HALE

Jasper Hale is one of the adoptive brothers Edward and soul mate of Alice. You can feel the excitement and influence of people around. CHARLIE SWAN

Chief of police in Forks. It is the father of superprotetor Bella. Although he did not know that Edward is a vampire, he does not trust completely in the daughter's boyfriend

ALICE CULLEN

Alice is one of adoptive sisters of Edward. She is described as "pixie-like." His special skill is to see the future as soon as someone decides to follow that path. This ability is very useful, since it gives the family an early warning of any danger, but not very practical. She is unable to see the future where the werewolves are. JACOB BLACK

A secondary character in the first book. Jacob resurfaces in New Moon with a much greater role. He is a member of the Quileute tribe, and a werewolf. Although he is attracted to Bella, she initially sees him only as his best friend. After a confusion of feelings in Eclipse, Edward and Jacob into friction. In many moments however, Jacob is positioned next to the family because of Bella Cullen. He tells the Epilogue of Eclipse and a third of Breaking Dawn, the final book in the series.

EDWARD

Edward is the first and only boyfriend that Bella had. The relationship becomes difficult, because the vampire feel a strong attraction for her blood, but that is bypassed by the end of the first book. He says the feeling of losing it is incomparable to the desire he feels. Bella, as a magnet for danger, just to put this relationship in crisis sometimes. Edward, always very concerned about the welfare of it, moves away during New Moon, thinking that he and his family are putting it at risk.
